Home made and traditional recipe







Direction for Healthy Milkshake Preparation:

  1. Add 3 tablespoon of health mix powder and stir with 1 cup (ie.300ml) of water, Stir until without lumps.

  2. Place on stove and bring to boil, Stir continuously for 2mins without lumps, Then add 200ml of boiled milk and stir continuously for a minute.

  3. Add Your favorite sweetness (Sugar/Jaggery/Palm Sugar) to your taste and serve the Healthy Milkshake warm.
